Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
EcoShield and Knowbility are businesses in the health and cleaning industry that supplies eco-friendly cleaning products and services, including biodegradable, non-toxic solutions for households, and VOC detox services.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between EcoShield and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company has received proof of payment. Until this point, all goods remain the property of EcoShield.
An agreement of services between Knowbility and a client is only valid once deposit has been made and the company has received proof of payment. Until this point, all appointments are unconfirmed .
Delivery Policy
Orders will be processed within two days, with receipt confirmed via email containing the order number. Goods will be dispatched within two days upon receipt of payment and delivered via courier at a flat rate of R80 for orders valued at R499 or less. Orders R500 or over qualify for free delivery. Please note that delivery times are subject to courier service schedules and are outside the control of EcoShield.
Return and Refund Policy
- Availability: The provision of goods by EcoShield is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the company will refund the client in full within 10 days.
- Order Cancellation: An order may only be cancelled before the goods have been shipped. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 days.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products: If goods are delivered damaged, incorrect, or defective, customers must notify EcoShield within 2 days. The company will arrange for a replacement or the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, EcoShield will accept the product back and issue a refund. The customer must notify the company within 7 days, providing reasons for dissatisfaction. EcoShield will arrange to collect the product at its own expense.
Customer Privacy Policy
EcoShield is committed to protecting user privacy and takes all reasonable steps to safeguard personal information, as defined under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- Personal information will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned to any third parties without consent.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard (Yoco), or direct bank transfer. Details for bank transfers will be provided during the checkout process.
Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions are acquired for EcoShield via Yoco (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks.
